Unofficial Results from May Primary
(in Warren County)

The Warren County Republican Party works to identify the best, most conservative Republican candidates to run for offices at all levels of government.  We vet our candidates thoroughly before making an endorsement, which includes a vote of 60% of the members of the Executive Committee.  You can rely on endorsed candidates to uphold our values.

Warren County Delivered for Our Endorsed Candidates in the 2026 Primary

Despite some unfortunate losses at the Statewide level, Warren County delivered wins for ALL of our endorsed candidates in the May 5th primary election.  For those who won state-wide, Warren County delivered a larger margin of victory than most other counties in Ohio.

Endorsed Winners in contested races include:

  • Warren County delivered an 86.6% victory for Vivek Ramaswamy for Governor- higher than the overall state margin.

  • Warren County delivered Zac Haines an 80% victory in his race for State Senator over Kim Lukens.

  • Warren County delivered Christian Mays a 56.8% victory in his race for State Central Committee over Jonathan Dever.

  • Warren County delivered Tom Grossman a 61.6% win in his race for County Commissioner over Mark Messer.

Other key endorsements included:

  • ​Although he officially lost the Secretary of State race to Robert Sprague, Warren County delivered Marcell Strbich the largest number of actual votes of any county in the state, giving him a 52% victory in Warren County.

  • Although she officially lost the Treasurer race to Jay Edwards,  Warren County delivered Kristina Roegner a 65% to 35% victory in Warren County.
