Upcoming elections information
The Warren County Republican Party's Executive Committee, in a historic move at its February 4th meeting, voted unanimously to endorse John Kasich/Mary Taylor for Ohio Governor/Lieut. Gov. and Rob Portman for U.S. Senate. They also unanimously endorsed both seats in the 12th District Court of Appeals, Rachel Hutzel and Robin Piper and nominated David Fornshell, to the Secretary of State, for another 4 year term on the Warren County Board of Elections.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
Feb. 18 Declarations of candidacy for partisan candidates must be filed by 4 p.m. (75 days before the primary)
Mar. 3 Write-in candidates for primary must file declarations of intent by 4 p.m. (62 days before the election)
Mar. 30 Absentee voting for May 4th Primary Election begins M-F 8 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. & Sat. May 1st 8 a.m. to 12 noon (35 days before the election)
Apr. 5 Deadline for voter registration for primary election (30 days before the election)
April 16 Warren County Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner at Manor House in Mason 6 p.m.
April 26 Century Club Reception & Candidates' Forum - time & location to be announced
May 1 Applications by mail for absentee ballots for May 4 election must be received by boards of elections by noon (three days before the election)
May 4 Primary Election Day Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
